【利用規約】Terms of Service
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、TRAVEL CHECK（以下「当サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意のうえ、当サービスをご利用いただきます。
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of TRAVEL CHECK (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
第1条（サービスの内容）
Article 1 (Service Description)
当サービスは、利用者の依頼に基づき、宿泊施設に対して予約内容の確認を代行するサービスです。
The Service provides confirmation of hotel reservation details on behalf of the user upon request.
第2条（利用条件）
Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
1. 利用者は、自身が宿泊予約を行った本人であるか、本人の明示的な許可を得た代理人であることを保証するものとします。
Users must guarantee that they are either the person who made the hotel reservation or an authorized representative with the explicit consent of the reservation holder.
2. 当サービスの利用には、本規約への同意が必要です。利用者が当サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
By using this Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
第3条（委任状の作成）
Article 3 (Creation of Letter of Authorization)
当サービスは、必要に応じて、宿泊施設から求められた場合に備え、利用者が本サービスに同意したことを根拠として、代理で委任状を作成することがあります。
If required by the hotel, the Service may generate a letter of authorization on behalf of the user, based on the user’s agreement to these Terms.
第4条（個人情報の取扱い）
Article 4 (Handling of Personal Information)
利用者の個人情報は、当サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って適切に取り扱います。
User personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Service’s Privacy Policy.
第5条（禁止事項）
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
以下の行為は禁止します。
The following actions are prohibited:
1. 虚偽の情報を提供すること
Providing false information
2. 他人になりすましてサービスを利用すること
Impersonating another individual to use the Service
3. 当サービスの運営を妨げる行為
Interfering with the operation of the Service
第6条（免責事項）
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
1. 当社は、宿泊施設の対応、回答の正確性、予約内容の保証等について一切の責任を負いません。
We are not responsible for the hotel’s responses, the accuracy of reservation details, or any guarantees regarding
bookings.
2. 通信環境や情報の誤りに起因する問題について、当社は責任を負いません。
We are not liable for any issues arising from communication failures or inaccurate information provided by the
user.
3. 当サービスの性質上、確認結果の正確性・完全性を保証するものではなく、これに基づき発生した損害・損失・不利益に
ついて、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
Due to the nature of the Service, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the confirmation results,
and we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disadvantages arising therefrom.
4. 利用者は、自らの判断と責任において本サービスを利用するものとし、その結果について当社は責任を負いません。
Users agree to use the Service at their own discretion and responsibility, and we assume no liability for the
outcome of such use.
第7条（責任の制限）
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
当社は、当サービスの利用に関連して発生した損害（直接的、間接的、特別、偶発的、結果的損害を含む）について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。たとえその可能性について事前に知らされていた場合でも同様とします。
We shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from the use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
第8条（規約の変更）
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後もサービスの利用を継続することで、利用者は変更に同意したものとみなされます。
We may revise these Terms at any time as necessary. Continued use of the Service after such revisions constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
第9条（準拠法および管轄）
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する一切の紛争については、日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan in the first instance.
